You may access this form by clicking on the following link: https://portal.immigration.gov.ng/eImmigration/VisaApplicationHome.aspx Follow the step by step instructions. Your application must be submitted and paid for online. Please print a copy of the completed form and mail it to Travisa for processing. Failure to complete this form will delay the processing of your visa.
Note:
The embassy will charge a $20 processing fee per application plus $65 if the application is needed on a rush basis. These fees are to be paid separately through Travisa. Please see our Consular Fees section or you may contact a Travisa representative for assistance.

Complete the Global Reservation Form. This is Travisa's Service order form. You must include a copy of this form with all other supporting documents.

Letter from employer or sponsoring company, on company letterhead, introducing the applicant, indicating the applicant’s employment status/position held in the company, and clearly stating the purpose of visit to Oman. The business letter must also indicate who will be financially responsible for the applicant and must provide detailed contact information in host country.
6 Official invitation.

5 Four certified copies of expatriate quota approval from Nigeria or approval from Nigeria for STR. (Ministry of Internal Affairs).
