Follow the step by step instructions. Your application must be submitted and
paid for online. Please print a copy of the completed form and mail it to
Travisa for processing. Failure to complete this form will delay the processing

application plus $65 if the application is needed on a rush basis. These fees

Business cover letter.
Letter from employer or sponsoring company, on company letterhead, introducing
the applicant, indicating the applicant’s employment status/position held in the
company, and clearly stating the purpose of visit to Oman. The business letter
must also indicate who will be financially responsible for the applicant and
must provide detailed contact information in host country.
