One visa application form(s) per applicant properly
completed and signed. Signature must be original on each application. Improperly
completed forms may delay the processing of your visa. |

passport type photograph(s), in color, front view and with a plain/light

Proof of Departure: Computer generated flight itinerary from the airline or a
travel agency, copy of airline ticket or a corporate letter stating travel
plans. A signed letter on the travel agency’s letterhead confirming round-trip
booking may also be submitted.

Financial Requirements: Evidence of
sufficient funds to support stay in destination such as pay stubs, traveler’s
cheques, and/or most recent bank statement.

Special Instructions:
New York Jurisdiction only: Effective Monday,
September 10, 2007, the Embassy of Tanzania will not allow pick up of completed
visas/documents on Fridays. Pick up of completed visas/documents will occur from
Monday through Thursday. Submission of visas/documents will occur from Monday
through Friday.

Complete the Global Reservation Form: This is Travisa's Service Order Form.
You must include a copy of this form with all other supporting documents. (NOTE:
Consular fees are NON-refundable. If visa is rejected and resubmitted new
consular fees will apply).

Service Fee: -
24-Hours and same day processing are available for additional fees. Service fee
for regular processing is $50.00. Rush service fee of $99.00 will be assessed
for any attempts to process the visa in less than regular processing time.
Shipping Fees: The
standard shipping method of completed documents is FedEx Overnight Service for which Travisa charges a fee of $21.95. Other shipping options are available when

Visa Validity: Visas are usually valid for
3 months based on the consulate’s discretion.
Non-refundable tickets or reservations should not be purchased until all visas
and passports are secured and in your possession.

Processing Time: Visas are usually
processed in 6 working days. Rush and Emergency service may be available for
additional fees. Please visit our Consular Fees page for details. Rush and
Emergency service is defined as any attempt made by Travisa to retrieve the visa
in less time than the amount required by the embassy to process the visa.

the applicant, indicating the applicant’s employment status/position held in the
company, and clearly stating the purpose of visit to Tanzania. The business
letter must also indicate who will be financially responsible for the applicant
and must provide detailed contact information in host country. |
