1 Passport Requirements: Send us your original, signed passport valid for 6 months beyond stay, and with at least one blank visa page available for visa stamp(s). The Amendment pages in the back of the passport can't be used for visa stamp.
2 Visa Application Form: Two visa application form(s) per applicant properly completed and signed. Signature must be original on each application. Improperly completed forms may delay the processing of your visa.
3 Photo Requirements: Two recent 2 x 2 passport type photograph(s), in color, front view and with a plain/light background. 
4 Proof of Departure: Computer generated flight itinerary from the airline or a travel agency, copy of airline ticket or a corporate letter stating travel plans. A signed letter on the travel agency’s letterhead confirming round-trip booking may also be submitted.
  Other Forms: Letter of Authorization.
5 Medical Requirements: The consulate of Kenya recommends immunization against Yellow Fever and Cholera.
Complete the Global Reservation Form: This is Travisa's Service Order Form. You must include a copy of this form with all other supporting documents. (NOTE: Consular fees are NON-refundable. If visa is rejected and resubmitted new consular fees will apply).
7 Fees

Consular Fees

Service Fee: - 24-Hours and same day processing are available for additional fees. Service fee for regular processing is $50.00. Rush service fee of $99.00 will be assessed for any attempts to process the visa in less than regular processing time.

Shipping Fees: The standard shipping method of completed documents is FedEx Overnight Service for which Travisa charges a fee of $21.95. Other shipping options are available when completing our Global Reservation Form.er shipping options are available when completing our Global Reservation Form.
  Visa Validity: Visas are valid from 6 months to one year from the date of issue, depending on whether the visa is for single or multiple entry, and based on the consulate's discretion.

Non-refundable tickets or reservations should not be purchased until all visas and passports are secured and in your possession.
  Processing Time: Visas are usually processed in 6 working days. Rush and Emergency service may be available for additional fees. Please visit our Consular Fees page for details. Rush and Emergency service is defined as any attempt made by Travisa to retrieve the visa in less time than the amount required by the embassy to process the visa.

The business letter must also indicate who will be financially responsible for the applicant and must provide detailed contact information in host country

  2. Check all information for accuracy.
